Our theme for this year’s Firm Report, Empower and Evolve, captures the dual forces driving our success: empowering people to reach their full potential while evolving our capabilities to meet tomorrow’s challenges. Together, these forces have shaped a year of remarkable achievements and laid the foundation for continued growth.
Our commitment to helping people succeed in work and life remains unwavering. With every enhancement to our services, technology and reach, we’ve stayed focused on fueling the potential of three essential groups:

This year marked significant expansion for our brand, both internationally and domestically. On the global front, we launched the BPM Global Network and welcomed our first international member, Enspira Financial, in Sydney, Australia. We also strengthened our presence in Canada and the United Kingdom. Domestically, we continued to grow by expanding our operations in Nevada and Utah.
Alongside geographic expansion, we have enhanced our service offerings in cybersecurity, ESG advisory and artificial intelligence. Within the Firm, we implemented AI-powered learning platforms and virtual reality training. We have deepened our investment in next-generation leadership development and strengthened our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
This year’s achievements showcase how empowerment and evolution work hand in hand.
