BPM’s eight Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) play a vital role in fostering inclusion, understanding, and connection across the Firm. These colleague-led communities bring together individuals with shared backgrounds, experiences, and interests — creating spaces to celebrate identity, amplify voices, and strengthen allyship.

Through events, discussions, and advocacy, our CRGs help ensure every colleague feels seen, supported, and empowered to bring their full self to work, deepening our culture of belonging and mutual respect.

Developing Strong Leaders

At BPM, leadership is more than a role. It is a responsibility to inspire growth, trust, and connection. We intentionally invest in our people to empower them and build the skills, mindset, and courage to lead boldly in a quickly evolving world. 2025 highlights:

Celebrating People and Promoting Wellbeing

Wellness Incentives Engagement:
68% of eligible colleagues actively participated in our wellness platform in 2025, driven by expanded incentives that reward preventive care, fitness challenges, and mental health engagement. These initiatives are designed to encourage sustainable healthy habits while boosting colleague connection and participation.
Celebrating Success Recognition Program
Launched in April 2025 and already on track to surpass 10,000 recognitions this year, this program builds on BPM’s long-standing recognition efforts by introducing tiered awards. It expands opportunities for colleagues to acknowledge one another, strengthening our culture of appreciation, and reinforcing BPM’s values in action.
