BPM Community Month: Big Hearts, Bold Impact
As a proud B Corp, giving back is part of who we are. This year, BPM Community Month once again brought our colleagues together to serve their communities — restoring habitats, packing food, mentoring youth, and supporting local causes close to their hearts. Whether volunteering in teams or independently, BPMers turned purpose into action, strengthening connections with one another and the places we call home.

Living Our Promise When It Matters Most
This year reminded us what it truly means to live our Because People Matter promise. When natural disasters struck — from hurricanes in the South to the California wildfires — BPM colleagues stepped up in extraordinary ways to support one another and the communities we call home.
In addition to our traditional charitable giving and service on more than 80 nonprofit boards and professional organizations, this year we mobilized quickly to aid communities devastated by disaster. Through Firm-wide donation matches, volunteer efforts, and emergency workload support, we helped those directly impacted find stability and hope in the aftermath.
At BPM, caring for our community isn’t just something we do — it’s part of who we are.

30 Years of Little Hands and Big Ideas
For the 30th year, BPM was thrilled to celebrate creativity through our annual art contest for a handful of schools in the Bay Area! This year, young artists were invited to imagine how people, families, friends, or communities support each other. The winning pieces capture teamwork, care, and the spirit of Growing Stronger, a core value at BPM.
