A Letter from Our CEO
Reflecting on this past year, it has been one of growth, agility, and forward momentum for BPM. We expanded our footprint in the UK and Canada, while also strengthening our teams and capabilities in the US and Bengaluru. We’ve embraced technology and new ways of working, all while staying true to our mission, vision, values, and Because People Matter promise.
We close the last year with deep gratitude for the lessons learned and the accomplishments we’ve achieved — many of which you will see reflected in this report. We look forward with excitement to the new possibilities that lie ahead.
This is truly a transformative time for our profession. Accounting and consulting are evolving at a rapid pace. At BPM, we have thrived when forging new paths. Regulatory changes, technological disruptions, and the competition for talent only fuel our resolve to innovate, collaborate, and discover new ways to create value and exceptional experiences for our clients.
In 2026, BPM will mark 40 years since its founding and the 10-year anniversary of our office in India. These milestones offer the opportunity to reflect and celebrate our history, independence, growth, and, most importantly, the people who make it all possible. For four decades, BPM has been defined by a steadfast commitment to our clients, colleagues, and communities. I am proud of all that we’ve achieved together and can promise that this same commitment will guide us as we look ahead.
On a personal note, this year also marks my 10th year with BPM and my 42nd year in the profession — an anniversary that brings with it both nostalgia and gratitude. I am thankful for the chance to grow, learn, and improve every day in a profession that continues to inspire me. Helping others succeed in work and in life, as our mission calls us to do, remains my greatest reward.
As we look ahead, each step forward will continue to reflect our unwavering commitment to people. We remain focused on delivering greater impact every day, every year, and for decades to come.
The future is bright. As we set our sights on the next 40 years, I am confident BPM’s best chapters are still ahead.
